Here's the issue: I recently purchased a new PC, and got things up and running on it. However, for whatever reason, when open a MSWord document and type something, JAWS refused to read what I either have typed, or what I am typing. When I try to read a document, JAWS just says blnk. Does anyone know what I can do to deal with this issue? All my other computer applications are working fine--including all the other office applications such as access, excell, etc. Please help if possible!!! Thanks!

What you have to do is change the view from normal view to print view. I have found that that simple change works for me.

Maximizing Word may also help out some too.

Get Window-Eyes. Then you won't have this problem anymore. Also, try turning off the office clipboard, the office assistant and the task pane. Look under the view menu and the edit menu.

Go call FS for help, that's what you do. And try fiddling with some of the view settings and stop being lazy
